Can't see the expansion images or the rescan disk button

Hello everyone,

I’m using Groove Agent 5.2.20.49 (Feb 2025). In the Browser tab, I can see each kit as a folder, so I know they are registered, but in the Load Panel → Kits tab, I only see “All” and no individual kit images. However, I can load presets from all of the expansions/kits.

I wan to see images of each kit/expansion.

I’ve tried:

  • Opening the Load Panel via the folder icon

  • Searching for the gear icon → Rescan Disk - didn’t find it

  • Making sure the plugin window is large enough for thumbnails

Has anyone experienced this issue? Am I missing a step to get Groove Agent to fully recognize all kits and display their images?

The first thing I usually do when something like you’re describing happens is to check all the available filters. You don’t know how many times I’ve left a parameter in a search box and forgotten it’s there. I’m not saying that’s your problem, just a good place to start if you already haven’t.
