Hi guys greetings.
I have problems to sign in MySteinberg account.
I’m on a page where you can sign in or create a Steinberg ID with the option to reset password.
I’ve filled in the emailaddress and password fields with the credentials (handwritten in a notebook too), I’ve been using for a while, but
they’re not recognised.
After 2 or 3 attempts, I got a note on screen that I have one more log in attempt left and my account will be temporary locked.
Please help!!!
Ps. Win 10 was recently reinstalled on this laptop I’m using, so I’m not sure if that could be a problem.
Anyway I’m looking forward to any input to solve this issue.
