I just get a blank page. No contact with Steinberg. I am trying to activate Cubase Elements 12. Program installed on computer, but when I click the icon, the message is: Can’t find the path.

The download assistant will attempt to open a browser window to access your Steinberg account.
You should allow this to happen. Check if the browser window is not hidden behind other windows …

Does your web-browser open? Did you login successfully in the browser? Did you allow to pass the data to the Steinberg Activation Manager in the browser?
