Issue - sample rate stuck on 88.2. When switching sample rate (either in MR Editor, Pro Tools, Cubase, or Audio MIDI Setup), sample rate would switch to new selection and immediately switch back.
Solution - Device was part of an aggregate device within Audio MIDI Setup. Once I deleted the aggregate device, I was able to control the sample rate again.
