As the subject tells…
Load a instrument into the rack slot and watch what happens when you try to unload it…“nothing” 
is this an already confirmed issue ?

How are you unloading? Clicking the instrument name and choosing “No VST instrument” works here.
Yes, that’s how I am used to do it myself as well…for some strange reason it doesn’t work.
