Can't update Activation Manager

Dear users,

with the release of C12.0.10 maintenance updated I got excited. I lunched the Download Assistant, but got this error message:

I followed the instructions on the screen and manually downloaded the four components: three of them installed with no problem, but with the Activation Manager I can’t pass forward this screen:

I’m on OSX 12.3.1. Cubase 12 and Download Assistant have full disk access.

Suggestions?
