Hi, I’m not sure this is the right Topic but I try to write Here
Recently I bought a Steinberg UR 242 with Cubase AI inside, today I decided to Upgrade to Elements purchasing the voice:
“Upgrade from Cubase LE / AI 6/7/8”
But when I tried to install, it told me that was already install
So I clicked on Reinstall, but when I opened Cubase it was still AI.
What I have to do to Upgrade? Thanks for answer
