Can't upgrade the Wavelab after purchased

I purchased an upgrade version of WaveLab, but I am unable to activate it.
I’ve got this Message.

“You entered a Download Access Code for a product upgrade but you do not own a license to which this upgrade can be applied. Please contact your local support team.”

You need access to the Soft-eLicenser to upgrade that license.
It is not enough that it is registered to your account.
