Can't use Download Access Code

When I enter the Download Access Code that I received on my ‘License Redemption Card’ , it is rejected with the message ‘kein AC’.
Apparently it doesn’t recognize the code and I’m sure that I entered it correctly.
How do I proceed?

Already discussed here on the forum. The error was on Steinberg server. It should be fixed by now.
