Cascade MIDI Channels in Cubase 10.5

Hello there,

I have 16 MIDI tracks that I want to assign to the same MIDI output (i.e. Vienna Ensemble Pro 12), and then each one of them to ascending MIDI channels (i.e. Vienna Ensemble Pro 12-1, 12-2, 12-3 etc.)

I select the tracks and press shift+option to assign them all to MIDI output 12. And that works fine.

Then I press shift, click on the MIDI channel number, but the channels aren’t incremented.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

This is a known old issue. Unfortunately this increment doesn’t work for the MIDI Channels.
