CB 12.0.20 Wont completely shut down in task manager Win 11

I have a strange issue with the latest 12.0.20 . for some reason Cubase app wont completely shutdown. There is an instance left stuck in Task Manager under the Background processes and the only way to stop it is to use the End task option in Task Manager. This happens on windows 11.

What i noticed also that this issue is more prominent after using Mixdown and also when quitting via the File/quit menu. If I quit by closing it via the x window button (top right) quits normally.

Plenty of occurrences of this issue, with both Cubase and Nuendo 12.0.20.

Ah thanks. Glad to see Im not the only one having this issue. Hopefully it gets resolved soon

That happened on my system also with 12.0 and 12.0.10 :-/
With 12.0.20 the screen stutters, for example by marking ends during playback.
Does that happen to you too?

No stutters here fortunately
Ive had quite nice experience with C12 overall, apart from this hang isuue in 12.0.20.
