[CB-3470] Midi Auto-Quantize Note Ends Not Working

Hi,

It seems Cubasis does not auto-quantize recorded midi note ends to the specified grid. I tried several times and the ends fall outside the grid many times. I contrasted the same performance with Genome sequencer app that truncates or snaps the note ends perfectly. In short, auto-quantizing note ends does not seem to work at all.
