CB7 and eLicenser big problem

I have recently reinstalled Windows 10 Pro Norwegian edition and today I wanted to install my old CB7.
But the eLicenser tells me that it is too old, even though its the latest version.
It is too difficult to register a legal product at Steinberg. Hours wasted!

Hi,

So you didn’t install eLCC with Cubase 7, you downloaded the eLCC from the server, right? Or you updated it afterwords, right?

Try to run eLCC as an Administrator, please.

Just as a side-note, Cubase 7 is not officially supported with Windows 10.
