CC 121 only some buttons work now....

YEah my CC121 only has have the buttons working now… strange. the stop wont work, EQ on 3 and 4, FF,RW…

What the heck!! Can they fix these things or should I just toss it?

TEch support? Its not under warranty so I was just wondering if it was worth getting it fixed???

Well yes it used to work just fine. then one day only some buttons work. They all light up on boot but only some work once the system is running. Cubase light flashes. all that jive. Its not the driver, did a un/reinstall…updated latest firmware.

It still works but only the buttons I mentioned. The left side of the unit.

Internally the CC121 uses MIDI for communication with the host. Do you have changed something in that regard lately (added MIDI filter, new driver/device, etc.)?

Negative. But I just noticed that the buttons in question buttons do not click like the others… Hmmmm…
