I’ve been playing around with my CC121 and am hoping there’s a way to customize the other buttons (like all the EQ ones I almost never use.) I’ve been playing with the MIDI Remote and building something custom and that seems to work, but then it seems like the fader doesn’t talk to the channels like usual. Am I right that it’s one or the other? Thanks!

Yeah, it’s a decade plus old product, stops working after a while, no parts to be found, no repairs, no new models or used to be found and no replacement product or new model from Steinberg unfortunately. Very disappointing cause they made the CC121 so well and now we have to go to buy from other companies 
Search the forum. A couple users have posted MIDI Remote scripts for the CC121, along with threads discussing writing scripts.
