CC121not working after instal of Spectral Layers

I posted this in the hardware and spectral layers sections and another user suggested I post here - I hope that is ok.

I after installing Spectral Layers Pro 11 (trial) my cc121 will not send commands to cubase, but if I use my mouse the fader and lights on the cc121 will follow the mouse. - but I need it is as a controller not a display,

anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

Could you please double-check the MIDI Ports Setup and verify, the component is receiving data from the correct MIDI Port? Also make sure, the MIDI Port is not in use in other place.
