Hi all,
in W7, montage mode, to assemble a cd ddp together, I could simply press the “4” and “5” key on the numeric keypad to be able to navigate the cd track splice markers. Very handy to check start points and transitions.
That doesn’t seem to work on W9. What’s the shortcut now ?
I used that all the time too and had no conflicts. You can change it in the Shortcuts Preferences (4 and 5 seem unused). Search for Next Marker and Previous Marker.
Some so-called indexed shortcuts can be used. For examples:
to jump to the 8th CD Track start, press 8 and R.
to jump to the 12th CD Track start, press 1 then 2 and R.
to jump to the 15th Marker, press 5 then M.
When there is only one marker, and when audio file is played, while pressing 4 (shortcut for previous marker) the cursor comes back only after one second.
In the above video, I am pressing 4 many times after the file starts. In this case, as the marker is at the start of file, the Home button will play the file on time.
However, when there are other markers, the cursor jumps without any delay.
Is there a way to have this 1 second interval removed?
