Change bitrate in Windows Samplerate

Hi everyone,

I am using a Steinberg UR12 Interface and it works just fine when listen to music via Spotify or YouTube, but when I open Cubase or PlugIns from NeuralDSP, Spotify just crashes. I can use the plugin just fine but not listen or play along to any music. I read that adjusting the bitrate from 24 to 16 in the Settings can help, but all I can find is a way to change the Hz in the Steinberg USB Settings Menu.

Can anyone give me advice on how to change the bitrate or maybe another solution to use Spotify and Cubase/NeuralDSP simloutaniesly?

Found the solution by myself: Disable Exclusive mode (Control Panel > Sound > Double click on the device > Advanced > Uncheck “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device”).
