Change stem direction of bottom note only in chord stack

Now do I change the stem direction on one note of a chord stack on the bottom without changing the other notes in Dorico 4?

Change the bottom note to another voice? Select it, and press V if there’s already another voice active or Shift-V if not.

Thanks Lillie, That worked perfectly.
I was trying highlighting the note and then going to>Edit >Notations>Stem>Force Stem Down which I found online with my query but it changed all notes in the stack.

I’ve made a note of these commands you posted.

I’m glad you have it sorted, but as one point of clarification: you can’t have more than one stem direction in a chord unless you have more than one voice. That’s why when you forced the stem down previously, the whole chord changed.
