I have a score that is a collection of shorter pieces with more than one flow per page. This works for most of the score - with 6 staves per page usually in one or two flows. I have one piece that requires 8 staves which I would like to force onto one page. I’ve put frame breaks before and after this piece but Dorico still gives me 7 staves on one page and 1 on the next. Is there a way to change the vertical spacing for just this one flow?
You could try a Note Spacing Change at the start of the flow, reducing the Default space for quarter note a bit.

In addition to @jesele’s suggestion to space the music a little more tightly, so that it naturally fits on one page, you could also select the signpost for the frame break at the start of the flow, open the bottom Properties panel, and turn on the “Wait for next frame break” property. This will force all 8 of the staves to stay on one page.
Note that this will make your frame overfull, since Dorico already thinks that only 7 systems will fit there with your current settings. If it’s only slightly overfull, you’re probably okay, but the higher the frame fullness indicator (lower left corner of the page in Engrave mode) goes above 100%, the more likely it is that the spacing results will not be satisfactory.
