Changing Computer - How to Transfer Activation Code?

After succesfully installing my Cubase LE AI Elements 9 on my old Desktop Windows PC, I had several hardware and software related issues which caused problems in the running of Cubase.

As such, now that I’ve bought a new Windows Laptop, I’m reinstalling Cubase on it. But it says my activation code has been used already. So what should I do? Is there a way to transfer the activation code to my new laptop computer?
