Changing 'Horn in E flat 1' to Horn 1 in E flat'

Hi, I was wondering how I can change the way instrument names are formatted so that the player number appears before the instrument key. I want to keep the number consistent, even after one of my horns changes key, so that ‘Cor II en Mi bémol’ changes to ‘Cor II en Si bémol’ without dropping the number, making it obvious that it’s the same player. Any advice?
