Changing notehead of auxillary note

Hi,

Is there anyway to change the notehead of an auxillary note in a trill to a white diamond notehead? Im notating an artificial harmonic trill on double bass and having an auxillary notehead that is a harmonic a fourth above with a trill line is a very convenient way to write this. If not, I can always use a workaround of having another voice that I can edit act as an auxillary note and turn off the automatic one, would be nice if there is a more efficient way however. Note that playback is not important to me for this.

Would it not be clearer to use a multi note tremolo for this, rather than a Trill?
