Changing octave doesnt work anymore

Hi there!

I recently updated to Dorico 3.5.11 (Windows 10). Since that update changing the octave of a note using ALT+CTRL+UP or DOWN doesnt work anymore. Changing the pitch with ALT+UP/DOWN works and also ALT+SHIFT+UP/DOWN. I also tried to assign another hotkey to this action, but that didnt work also. Does anybody else encounter this problem? Any Ideas?
