Changing order of plugins in the effect chain

Hello,

is it possible to change the order of inserted plugins (not just moving all plugins down or so) in the effect chain? If so, how?

Just drag and drop the slot.
This is also particularly easy if you use a Chain window (drag the tab).

I already had tried to drag a slot, but then, the plugin selection dialog opens. Where do I have to drag?

You must start dragging without waiting, else this is interpretated as “show me the menu”.

Being physically challenged and using the numpad for mouse control, this is tough.

I can use the chain window as a workaround, but can’t the plugin menu be shown on the mouse click event instead of mouse down? This could improve the accessibility.
