Is there a way in the Macro Page Designer to change the color of the some the knobs to a different color?

No, you only can change the color of the font in the ressources. But you can create your own Knobs and use them.

Thanks, What format do they need to be?

A PNG with Alpha Channel. You need a number of Frames like an animation and you have to stack them in the PNG. You can use “Knobman” for that.
