Hello all, I am currently writing a piano part with mixed time signatures. I do want to have the measure lines misaligned (think Ligeti’s first etude). However, when the measures align, I want to have the measure lines connect. However, they remain disconnected, even when the time signatures are the same (see the red circled bar lines). Is there any way to manually allow the measure lines to connect where it would be useful?
