Changing time signature with Cubasis 2

Hi all,
I recently downloaded Cubasis 2 on my iPad. I need to change the time signature of certain drum beats. When I click on the button to change the signature to 3/4 the beat stays at 4/4. Why isn’t the rhythm changing?

Changing a signature of a project will not affect loaded MIDI and/or audio events, which has to provide content in the appropriate signature itself.
