Cubase development team, if you are reading this text, please add the magic button “Channel Strip to Pre(Post) Inserts Position” in the MixConsole window. Because we have to open the “Edit Channel Setting” window again and again. And please add the ability to select the default “Pre/Post” mode in General Setting.

Can this also be added to the side-bar channel strip as well? Would be awesome to have it there!

+1 on that feature request! I’m new to Cubase 13 and could not understand why I was clipping my Master when I had a Limiter on as the last plug-in. After much digging around, I finally found the little icon to re-order the Strip before the Inserts, located in the Channel Setting. Having this option more visible on the Mixer would be really nice. MaxCreative has a great idea with his graphic!

Steinberg, Cubase 15 is coming — please add Channel Strip Pre/Post Inserts switch also to MixConsole and Channel Inspector. A small change that would make a big difference.
