I find I record for example a live melody instrument using multiple mics I’ll want to group edit those tracks so I check group editing and maybe Phase Coherent Audio Warp.
Then I might want to tune that instrument so I’ll have to create a new track and bounce the multiple mic tracks to this new track that I can use melodyne on.
I want to put that new track that I’m tuning the audio on in to the instruments folder so everything is contained and neat but I can’t because it’ll upset the group editing. I’d be great if I could un-check the new track from affecting group editing.
