Chord Pad Can't Change Settings

Two issues:

1 - Select the root key only show the minor key. How do I change this to major

2 - In the chord editor I select Eb, but the chord pad displays D#. I need it to show Eb. How do I change this?

Hi,

It doesn’t show either Major or Minor. It shows just the Root Key name.

Or do you mean the flats vs sharps? If you mean this, you can change it in the bottom-right corner.

Unfortunately, the Chord Editor doesn’t follow the Root Key Enharmonic Shift.

When I select the Root Key (e.g. C) the pad root is Cmin vice CMaj and all appropriate chords are in the key of Amin. There must be a way to toggle between having the Root Key in Major or Minor.

Hi,

It just transposes already existing pads. Use the Chord Pads presets, to get different set of pads.

While that’s a little cumbersome having to search through a long list of presets, it does work. I think there should be a option to toggle between a major key and minor key. Maybe in the next version; though I have my doubts.
