Chord Pad incorrect chord tones

Anyone know why the Chord Pad sometimes gives wrong notes in Elements 9.5?

I have never seen this. Could you save this as a Chord Preset and share it, please?

It hasn’t been doing this recently, so I can’t reproduce it. Maybe it has something to do with a lack of RAM, as it must surely be something to do with my machine making this happen.
