This is sure to be very simple, but it has been beyond my understanding… going on about a month and I can not figure it out. I could not find any post that answered my problem: Chord pads work when I click on them, but are not “latching” (yes, the box is checked) and the on screen keyboard will not work but shows that I am clicking it. Input is always set to chords. I wish I had some hair to spare; I would rip it all the he!! out.

The Latch works for the MIDI Input only, not for the clicking on the Pads.
Hello, thank you. Thanks also for your response. Hmm… That was not my experience. When I “clicked” on the pads (or depressed qwerty) the pads would absolutely hold and play the chords/patterns. I would change back and forth between latch/not latched as desired and they would play/hold. I no longer have any of my controllers connected, might that be it?
