Note Input Options > Chord Symbols > Inversions or altered bass notes
What I find is I can have A/B and E/D#, but never F#m7 or G#m7.
For the latter two, I only get A/F# and B/G#.
Is this fixable? Or is the only option one or the other?

Couln’t you just enter the Chords in the popover if they have to change?
As far as I understand, the Note Input Options are only effective for translating midi input, they don’t have effect on entering manually.
I can get this with both options (but I didn’t use midi)
Yeah, they’re editable in the popover. What I’m trying to do is blaze through a section of MIDI-inputted chords without having to stop and manually fix each misnamed chord. It seems the system would be intuitive enough to discern both on the fly.
It’s wild. With the settings I’ve got assigned, I can easily get Dm7/A, but never Dm7. Only F/D.
