The root of chord symbols with altered bass notes is automatically hidden when (if my memory is correct) they come after a previous chord symbol with the same root.
You can change this if you always want to show the root in all circumstances in Library > Engraving Options > Chord Symbols.

It may well be that the font you’re using doesn’t have the required separator. What font are you using? If I choose e.g. Finale Jazz as the font for the Chord Symbols Font font style, the slash does appear.

I don’t think Finale Jazz is the right font to choose! I think you need to choose Finale Jazz Text.
