chord track and vocals

Hi…newbie here…I have created a song using…instrument tracks…and one audio track and chord track…the question is how do I prevent the chord track from changing the vocals on the audio track…also I would like to create harmonies on the chorus but to use this feature chord track comes again into the picture and when it does it changes the whole vocal track…how do I prevent this?

Hi Barryjames,

all you have to do is turn off the “Follow Chord Track” on your vocals track.

ty…but how would that effect the harmonies i want to create for the chorus?..also does “Follow Chord Track” effect the midi tracks?

you can activate or deactivate follow chord track on each track.

You’d have to move/copy the choruses to a separate track.
