Chorder creates 2 chords

I’m using Cubase 13 and the chorder plugin is outputting the chord when I press down and a duplicate chord (softer) when I release the key. This didn’t use to happen. The midi monitor shows the following:

Without the chorder:
The midi monitor shows
Note on note name velocity on press
followed by
Note on note name 0 on release

With the chorder:
The midi monitor shows
Note on note name velocity
Note on note name velocity"
Note on note name velocity" “on press
followed by
Note on note name 64
Note on note name 64
Note on note name 64” "on release
This is creating the second chord and it doesn’t provide the velocity 0 note off.
Can someone test this?

Seems ok here, i’m getting 0 value for note off:

Only tried via the on-screen keyboard though.

Thanks. I’ll see if it wrks with the on screen keyboard…

It works fine with the on-screen keyboard.
My midi keyboard works fine without the chorder :
key press velocity followed by key release velocity 0,
but when the chorder is inserted, I get:
key press velocity followed by key release velocity 64,
