When I forgot to turn on WiFi on my laptop. LiquidSonics Cinematic Rooms Pro (VST3) requires an internet connection to verify it’s iLok license. I am on a Mac Catalina 10.15.510.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254
Unless I am mistaken, either the license of Cinematic Rooms Pro has to be in your physical iLok or in your computer based ilok software.
Otherwise, cloud based license will most likely require internet connection every time you intend to use it.
