Maybe not directly a Dorico question, but is it practical to write the Clash and Choked cymbal on a single line from the player’s perspective? And if so, I think this could be done in 2 different voices?
I would like to write a clash and Choked cymbal on a single line staff, each in its own voice (up/down stem), but that doesn’t seem to be possible, is it?
Yes, I don’t see why not? You can assign each instrument to the same line in the five-line percussion staff, being sure to choose an up-stem voice for one and a down-stem voice for the other.
