Clean install and NO VALID LICENSE?

CUB ERROR

I did a clean install of Windows on my computer. Then reinstalled Cubase. But the license is not shown in any of the previous (padshop, groove agent, halion etc) ones (under my license).
Tried signing in, but no.
elc-installation-helper - I tried it, but no.

Can anyone tell me how to add all my licenses to eLicenser from scratch?
Or, how to fix this?

If have an USB-eLicenser dongle, please connect it to your computer. If you don’t, go through the reactivation process:

If you have Cubase 12, please sign-in to the Steinberg Activation Manager and make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the included plug-ins. You didn’t make it clear if you purchased them separately.
