Cleaner drum score

some of the beams are up and some are down, taking up more space for each stave. also I would like them all straight, no angled. Is there settings to do all or do I have to do each group individually?

  1. Select the drum staff, then go to Scores > Settings…
  2. In the newly opened window, go to Staff tab, then click on the Polyphonic tab underneath.
  3. Set the staff mode to Polyphonic.
  4. Click on Presets and choose “Optimize for two voices”.
    Hit Apply and then close the window.

Instead of going to the Polyphonic tab, go to Options tab. Tick the option that says “Flat beams”, then click apply and close the window.

Settings regarding how notes are displayed in a drum staff can be found in: MIDI > Drum Map Setup…
