I purchased Cubase 8 with a dongle in the second hand, and unfortunately, the licenses for cracked products are stored in the usb-elicencer. How can I get rid of them and how can I register my cubese in my account because since I have a dongle, but cubase is in My account is not displayed in products

I can’t imagine, there is a cracked software stored on the USB-eLicenser. As far as I know, the cracked software worked so it tried to emulate the USB-eLicenser. In any case, if you have some cracked software installed and eLCC is confused by it, uninstall eLCC completely, same as all informations about the licenses and the license database.
Then install eLCC again.
