I accidentally clicked Ctrl+ something and the beat/bar grid changed to something like 4x faster.
At 90bpm when I’m at 10 sec mark I’m already at bar/beat #17. Should be like 5 or 9 (not sure).
What shortcut did I use and how to undo it?

Click to the arrow on the right side of the Ruler. Make sure Bars+Beats is selected here. Also double-check the Primary Time in the Transport Panel. Bars+Beats should be selected here too.
Thank you. Turns out I somehow switched time signature to 1/4. Making it 4/4 brought everything back.
