I think its very handy for big drum library like this, where we can sue color to classify which lanes are for which kit in a drum set

While nowhere near as good as the above feature request, if you set the Color in the Drum Editor to Pitch instead of the default Velocity, then at least each drum has it’s own color. Although they repeat each octave.

Colour coding would be a good idea.
Another idea would be to be able to select a kit piece, for instance the snare and see just the snare and all it’s articulations. Or to be able to choose the snare and the bass drum. Different colours would definitely make editing parts more intuitive.
