Color palette in N12 not working?

I’ve been trying to save my own color palette as “Standard” for days.
However, when I load projects from customers, I cannot reset the color palette to my “Standard”. It stays with the customer’s palette.
With Nuendo 9, 10. 11 it worked flawlessly.
Am I doing something wrong?
How can I load my color palette now?

There’s been something wrong with the color functions of Nuendo for a few versions now. I’ve just learned to live with it. I SHOULD be able to simply highlight a bunch of tracks and then under the color function in the top menu simply select a color and all the tracks should change to that color. Nope. Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn’t. I usually have to select each track’s color one at a time. A total PIA. A few versions back we could select a group of tracks, and then say “make all tracks the same color as the first”. Worked perfectly every time. I don’t know why they took that function out.
