Colors free & VST instruments

I bought Cubase 15 elements a few weeks ago and I’m tryring to learn how to use it. In the tutorial “record MIDI & Use VST instruments” they tell me to open Colors free and then open a window with a lot of presets, but when I do, no one appears. Also, there is a box with “styles” which is also empty. What’s wrong?

Did you install all the content? How does it look like in Steinberg Library Manager?

Is your MediaBay component up to date?
