combining parts

Hello,

I am trying to combine 2 percussion parts so that they print out together.

I tried simply having them as one player, but the result is too confusing. So I would like to write them as 2 separate parts, but then print them together so that they can be played by one player.

I am sure this is really easy, but I cannot find a way to do it.

Just make sure that the part layout that you want to use for all percussion has both players assigned to it. (Dorico automatically creates a layout for every player, so if you add the 2nd player to the part that was originally just for the first, you may want to delete the 2nd player’s part layout to avoid confusion.)
