After reloading the program, when I enter the code used at my initial installation I get the message that it has been used already.
What should I do?
Each Soft-eLicenser activation code can only be used once. You need to use the Reactivate button at the top of the MySteinberg page to obtain a new code to reactivate your software.
As you see in my mail, I managed after creating a new My Steinberg identity.
