Condensing change and weird rests training

Hello everyone,
I’m training myself with condensing changes. I have this weird behaviour where weird rests appear in the bar. Flute 1 in bar 69 should have a crotchet rest and two quaver rests. But this weird pauses appear. I tried to insert the condesing change in two different places but it gets worse. What am I missing?

try taking out the last 2 Condensing changes. and then put in a new Condensing change at the begining of bar 67. Set to Manual with Flt1 in the Upstem voice and Flt 2 in the Downstem voice

Putting a condesing change at bar 67 as you suggested works and shows the music exactly how I want it at bar 69. The problem is that I would like to have same stem voices at bar 67/68. Apparently what confuses the condensing algorithm is the tie at bar 68.

I now solved it by flipping the stem and manually dragging them in order to make the articulations and flag overlap, after putting a condensing change in bar 67.
