I would like to know how could I move the “1.” when it collides with a barline in an orchestral score.

Engrave mode, where you can move all kinds of items graphically.
If you want to change where player labels get positioned by default, that’s in Engraving Options.

One can also enlarge the masking in the background to make the number stand out more if it coincides with a bar line.
